Costa Rican Cup of Excellence

A perfectly balanced cup with a delicate-tangy acidity, warm toffee sweetness and a round-medium body followed with lingering notes of black currant. From the farm of Rodolfo Boillant Silva, voted 5th best Costa Rican coffee in 2007.

Costa Rica La Pastora

A bright cup full of green apple and hints of sweet chocolate carried over a light body and a clean finish.

Ethiopian Sidamo

Aromas of dried apricot and nuts give way to a lively, tart sweet cup with a light body finishing with warm hints of spice.

Peru Cafe Feminino

This Peruvian coffee carries a full body with intense aromas. A clean cup with a perfect balance of caramel, chocolate and fruit. Money raised from this coffee goes to support local Peruvian women's shelters.





Dark

Sumatra Gayo Mountain

A sweet floral aroma is followed by heavy notes of caramel held in a full syrupy body with a complex smokey finish.

Tanzania Kilimanjaro AB

Notes of caramel start the cup with a mellow acidity and rich, buttery body finishing with nice highlights of black pepper.

Honduras Cosogual

A fragrant, sweet aroma noted with dark chocolate a dry, mild acidity and full body finishing with a light smokiness.

 

 

Blends

Crema Dulce Espresso

Our signature espresso offers a sweet caramel aroma that continues throughout the cup. The body is round and laced with dark chocolate and a hint of fermented fruit.

 

Decaf

Decaf Espresso

With beans decaffeinated by the Mountain Water Process this blend is full-bodied with a sweet aroma and smoky chocolate undertones.

Decaf Columbian Royal Select Mountain Water Process

Mountain water processed coffees are processed in a factory in Mexico. The water is from the glaciers of the Pico de Orizaba mountain. The coffee oils and caffeine are floated in a solution of this glacier water and then filtered. The caffeine is removed and the coffee oils are returned to the coffee. This process is the same as Swiss Water processed, but achieves better results. The decaf Mexican is a full bodied decaf with sweet aromas, undertones of chocolate and orange citrusy fruit.
